The pandemic

Hi hi everyone!

The topic today it’s the Pandemic!

Well, at the begging, I was with my mom in the beach (Algarrobo) so I stayed there all 2020, the rest of my family stayed In Santiago (I’m from there). A doctor told me that it’s was better to be there because it has less people. The house is in a ravine far from the town, so it is very quiet and with almost no people, it also has a beautiful landscape. But now I’m on my house in Santiago with my sister and my mom stayed in the beach.

In my family the quarantine has not been so terrible compared to the rest, we were fortunate there was no loss of employment or illness, just having the problems that everyone has in the quarantine in general. Also I miss to see my friends and family like I used to do.

Well, as for things that I have learned, I started cooking! It was a good experience, from lemon pie to charquicán (Chilean dish), before I only made noodles and rice, sometimes cookies. well it was really fun!

I watched a lot of series too, like vikingos, I watched it with my mom so it's was really fun! now i'm watching Sakura card captor on the tv.

As for the studies, in the theoretical cources it has not been difficult, it is easier to arrive early and if any inconvenience happens, like if the internet drops, the classes are recorded. But the manual cources did cost me, as I study plastic arts, it was difficult not to be able to make ceramics, since I don't have a workshop to work with and my materials stayed at the university. In this first semester of 2021 I only have theoretical cources and I have already gotten used to use zoom so it has not been that difficult.I miss the university life like see my friends there and stuff.

The truth is I don't know what else to expect, more than I hope it ends.

Movies!

Hi hi!

The topic today it's movies!

I actually really like movies, I like seeying them both in my house and in the cinema, even if I like to see them alone, I like more see them with my family and friends so we can comment them i think It's funnier that way.

My favorite movie genres it's horror, since I was little I've always liked dismal stuff. Some horror movies I like are Hereditary, REC and It.

I actually have a lot favorites movies, but one I like the most important it's the nightmare before Christmas, i like this movie ever since I have memory, It’s no horror at all, but it’s kind of dismal, like and horror movie for kids Icould say. The plot starts in a place called Halloween town, the town that is in charge of the Halloween day. everyone in the town loves jack they call him the pumpkin king, even if jack is the more scariest monster in town he feels empty of doing the same thing every year, with sorrow, jack walks in to the forest, there he find different trees with draws on it, the one that calls for his attention was one with a tree with ornaments, he cross the door and find a place full of snow, ornaments, happiness and colors, it named Christmas town. Seeing that, jack founds what he wanted to do, do his own version of Christmas. What happened after that? I think you know if you see the movie, I highly recommend it!
